My cousin Kim just turned 12 almost 3 weeks ago, and she loves Hannah Montana, she has all the collections, shampoo, perfume, posters, purse, clothes, etc. Sometimes, she rolls her shirt up because Miley did that on her pictures, but I told her it's fine as long as it's not seen by anybody on public. On her birthday, one of her friends from her school gave her all the Hannah Montana/Miley Cyrus CD's. She listened to all of them and she loved some of the songs and she's been listening to them nonstop. I have to take care of Kim and her 9 year old brother Frank in the morning until their parents have to pick them up at 7:30pm, the time they get home. Since her birthday, everyday when I babysit them, she always brings her CD's over and her favorite songs are Best Of Both Worlds, Who Said, Just Like You, I Got Nerve, The Other Side of Me, Nobody's Perfect, See You Again, GNO, Good and Broken, and I Miss You. Those are the specific songs being played over and over again nonstop. She sings

  1. Just sit down with her and tell her how u feel about it.....or you could try to distract her with something else......maybe like a game or something......

  2. Buy her new cd .

  3. get her to listen to it with earphones. then u and frank wont have to listen to it.

  4. Just get her some headphones.  Tell her that while you know she likes those songs, you don't feel like hearing them.  If she wants to listen to them she needs to use headphones.

  5. Don't make her stop its just a phase.  I remember doing the same thing when I was young.  But I would suggest if you don't want to here it anymore get her some ear phones and let her be the only one that has to here it.

  6. get a cheap MP3 player and transfer the songs onto there. Then she can listen and you don't have to

  7. well you can say, "Hi kim, you know I love hannah montana, but I was wondering if you can turn that down just a little bit."

you might want to work your way down to the dont bring the cd's stage.

or, show her an old movie. like the wizard of oz, breakfast at tiffany's, ect. show her a different world besides hannah montana.

or just keep her busy arts and crafts, books, other tv channels other than disney channel. tell her a story of herself when she was little.

    good luck! :]
