How do I get my default toolbar back?

Question

I had so many toolbars, so I was just taking off a few and I lost the one that says " File Edit View............" Anyone know how to get it back???

if you use IE7, right click on the header (below title bar) of the browser, then you should see all the toolbars available for the browser. Check "Menu Bar". The "File, Edit ... " menu should show up.

go to tools on the upper right side and click tool bars or internet options for a new homepage. Or if you have the huge toolbar that you want to get rid of go to start, then on the right side there should be set programs and access defaults

Click add or remove windows components.
