How do I get my delivery package??

I had someone send a small package for me from Europe (to here in Canada). Unfortunately, it's been a month, and still hasn't arrived (usually, it alwayz takes around 2 weeks, even at xmas time). Is there any way of figuring out where it's gone? (it was regularly sent - no tracking). Is there any way of getting the package??

It would have to be tracked from the European end.  See if you can get a process started there.
