How do I get my entire itunes library PLUS playlists back?

My computer crashed today and on the computer when I turned it back on the entire library was wiped.

No playlists, nothing at all.

How do I get the library back to how it was?

Do I just uninstall itunes and reinstall it again?

I hope you had all your songs backed up on disc (CD) otherwise I am not sure if you can get it all back...

You should go to see a computer technician who is able to do hard drive recovery.  

Until then, I wouldn't be plugging my Ipod into the computer and trying to sync it or you will lose whatever is on the pod too!
