Whats the simplest way to get hair like this:

My hair is brown and lightly in ringlets naturally.

That's Vanessa Hudgens, but It's a loose ponytail pulled up high. When your hair is wet, put some product like mousse or gel in it, then blow dry it while pulling down on the ends (so it's wavy), then just throw it up in a loose pony!
