It won't work very well if you have side swept bangs cause it will be uneven, but what you do is bunch up all your bangs in the front and tease in back of it a bit and pull it loosely back and pin in place.  Her hair probably has really long bangs cause it looks as if it was just pulled back into her hair tie.

its the same consept of the one fergie did but hers is all the way back instead of just the top and all my friend does to get her hair to look like that is pul her bangs back in a bobby clip poof it and hairspray

you have to take the front of your hair and put it back, then you poof it and clip it, hairspray it too!

pull the pieces of hair up in the from. hairspray, tease, hairspray. the pin them back and hairspray a little more. it might take a few tries.. good luck! =D

take the pic to a hairstylist and ask for that style. It looks like highlights with hairspray.
