YES -- you can do everything online. US PTO has an online application form and you will simply need to upload your logo, provided it meet the graphics standard of US PTO. US PTO has a Trademark Electronic Application System where you do everything online

Pay the application fee of $300-350, and wait for it to be approved

You don't need to personally go to any US PTO Office

In a few months, you will receive a certificate from US PTO that your logo has been trademarked

Go to the United States Patent and Trademarks Office website. There you will find all the information you need on trademarking. Applicationitself will need to be done at the nearest patenting office.
