  1. well it's not your ex giving you the moeny, it's the military, so contact them.

  2. Only the service member can change the allotment.

  3. Go to your company clerk. Duh

  4. Go to the finance and accounting office they should be able to help you.

  5. First, only the serviceman or woman can change his or her allotment. Let him know you've been forced to change banks

Second, there's not much you can do unless he fails to comply with a court order. Then you can go to his CO, or the Judge Advocate General (JAG). Contact whomever with a copy of the court order, a copy of the current deposit record, and ask (DO NOT DEMAND) if they would please help.

  6. HE will have to change the routing number and bank account that the money is being deposited into. Keep in mind this can take 2 weeks to actually go through, so I would hold off if I were you.

You have no choice but to get ahold of him. He is complying with the court order by alloting you the money. It is not his fault you are switching banks. Figure out a way to get in touch with him, explain the situation, and ask him to change to your updated information through mypay.

  7. You need to contact DFAS and have them reroute your support payments to your new bank. You can reach them at 1-888-DFAS-411 (332-7411)
