How do I get my new Jonas Brothers CD loaded as a file?

on my computer?! I want to make it part of my iTunes library but when I out the CD in my computer, I can't add it as a file because it goes to the special features thingy.

Someone help me PLEASE!

you put the cd into the side of your laptop or computer and the it should download and you name the file
