How do I get my outlook contacts to be accessible to my blackberry?

I need to be able to acces my work contact list from my blackberry. Anyone know how I can accomplish this short of keying every contact into the phone?

I get emails on my phone through Outlook, now I want access to the contacts in Outlook as well.

If you have the CD that came with the BB, install the BB Desktop Manager software.  If not, download the software directly from BlackBerry.

You will need to connect your BB via a USB cable.  Open the BB Desktop Manager.  It should say that it is connected to your BB.  If you have a password on your BB, you will get a prompt to provide it.  If it does not connect, go to Options, Connection settings in the Desktop Manager menu.  Click the connect button and it will try to connect to the BB.

Open the Syncronize applet, go to the configuration tab and click the Configure synch button.  Choose Outlook as the synch software for the BB for each thing that you want to synch (address book, calendar, etc.).

Once configured, go back to the synchronize tab and click Synch now button.
