  1. post office

  2. go to your local postoffice. fill out the forms it cost like 100 and something dollars.

  3. You need to go to the Post Office and ask. They can help you there. I'm not kidding! They take the picture and everything!

  4. Go to your local post office and they will give you instructions.  Someone there will help you and you will have to pay a fee.  Basicly, you gather important documents and return for an appointment.  You fill out paperwork, pay a fee, and you have to provide two recent photos.  You can go to Wal-mart and get those.  You can't be smiling in them.  The post office will send out your stuff, and you'll get your passport back in the mail with any official documents that you had to send out.  It's easy.  Just go to your post office and they'll explain it all to you.

  5. Save a trip to the post office.  Go to site below to read all instructions and see list of documents you will need, and print out the forms to fill out.    Get your documents ready before going, and you can also get your photos , then go to the post office prepared. The child's passport requires signature of both parents unless you have sole legal and physical custody.
