How do I get my radio out of loc mode ?

I have found the instructions but when I attempt to unlock it. It displays InOp. What do I do ? I already disconnected the Radio for about 4 hours and also the battery but I still get the same message when I attempt to unlock the radio please help....

It depends on the radio, but most of the ones I've encountered unlock based on time... usually longer than 4hrs. I've never had to disconnect the battery... try keeping it connected. It might be the only way the radio's count timer can reset itself. Hopefully yours will unlock so you could enter the correct code. Good luck.
