I pleaded guitly to hinder apprehenshion and possesion unknowing if this was a felony or not, Im still not sure of what my charge is I have a copy of my criminal hist report but it doesnt say what type of charge it is. I also never recieved any type of court papers or anything in writting of what I pleaded to or what I was being charged.Im pretty sure my possesion charge is a misd. Im looking to get it expunged since its prohibiting me in finding a good job. Basically What im asking is this: How can I find out what my charges were, besides a crim report? Can I call my old probation officer and get copies of my court papers? Is it even possible to get it expunged or something? and I want to go to school for Radiology can I get certified and Can I even get a job if this is on my record? thanks

  1. If you go to the court clerk in in the courthouse where the conviction was entered, they can give you the information you need, and advise what the requirements for expungement are.
