Question:

How do I get my self to sleep in later?

So it goes like this, The school year ends (WOOO-HOOO!!!) and during the year I had to wake up at 7:00 AM every day and now that its summer I want to sleep in but I can't no matter how late I stay up, What can I do so that I can sleep in?

  1. Make sure your room is very dark and quiet. However it is healthier to keep you body on a good schedule even during vacations.


  2. Why do you want to? Your body is in a rhythm and why mess with that. Maybe your naturally a morning person whether you want to be or not. Just get on with your day. Obviously, your not tired or you will still be sleeping. But I guess you could try staying up late then it would make you start sleeping later.good luck.

  3. Ok take a nap for about 2 hours during day so that you can stay longer at night, do it everyday, you will get used to it.

  4. yeah schools over!!!!!!!! OK then stay up all nit then the next nit u will be tired mabye or u can i got nothing ex aped that.....GOOD LUCK!

    Help your parents

    Mow the Lawn,rake,garden

    I'm sure they can find lots of things to do to tire you out

    for a few extra hours of sleep

    Help a neighbor

    Bike Ride

    Go for Walks

    do stuff that will get you tired.

    dont stay up. you wake up earilier and its bad for you
