  1. run hard and get off your hands fast so you can get more speed/height on your full. good luck!

  2. I can give you my experience with the same problem. I took a flat matt and placed it on the spring floor where I did my pass. The mat took away some spring, but I still felt some. Gradually I worked my full to a wood floor. Also don't forget block hard and set high!!!!

    Hope it helps

  3. Make sure you have it down really good on the spring floor. Also run hard and make sure you get in the air high enough to give you enough time to flip. Also you can ask your coach to spot you on a few, they won't mind. You will be fine =)

  4. practice practice practice.. give yourself the courage to be able to do it.. if you know you can then go for it but if your scared maybe that your body telling yo uthat your not ready

  5. The key is to run HARD! Then when your about to go for your full bend you legs and push off as hard as you can!!!!!

    Good Luck!
