How do I get my videos? Off my xbox 360 halo 3 fileshare?

Ok I want to get my videos off my fileshare but I dont have a capture device. How can i get them off. I dont have enough money to buy one either so dont suggest i buy one cause thats just annoying.I know there is a way. Can anyone help me?

    There are two capture topics, HD Video Capture, and SD Video Capture. All you need to do is sign up, read the rules, and you can have your halo 3 videos captured and sent to you for free.
