How do I get my wife to give me a divorce?

Where I live, we can't get a divorce under any circumstances unless both parties agree. Right now, she's just using me for money and food, so she can just lay around and get fatter. She won't sign the divorce papers because she's mean and evil. I hate her lol. Her fat mother is the worst ever since she moved in with us. Her mother just nags, nags, nags, and nags some more :(

I wish there was a way they could magically "disappear," so I can get on with my life. What can I do? Please help.

Magically disappear?  Sounds like you have a plan already.  Get a lawyer and get her to pay for her and her mother's use of the food.  I think you need to stand up to her more.

Divorce, a word dislike by worlds all religoin and humanity.Please try firest to keep the marrage alive, we all will be very very happy. If is not posible then go to the Govt. court. your separation.

i know one lady who moved to California from NY for the divorce processes. You might wanna move to another state that has more flexible divorce laws.

Stay at a friends, turn off the utilities, turn off the cable, turn off the Internet.

Get your home phone forwarded to your cell and shut the service to the house off.

Close any credit accounts with both your and her name on it.

Close any checking accounts with both names on them.

Leave her in a dark ,quiet house.with no money.

I suspect by this time next month she'll be willing to sign the papers.

Only the JUDGE grants a divorce.

The law says you must first separate, so I guess you'll be kipping on a friend's couch until you find your bearings.  Go immediately to the court, fill out the necessary paperwork and file it.  The sooner you get the process underway, the sooner a judge can officially dissolve your marriage and the sooner you can stay drunk the rest of the week (I take it that's what you mean when you refer to "[getting] on with [your] life").

Now quit whining (and lying) and grow yourself a pair.

Dude-first stop getting drunk on Sunday! You are praying for an easy way out....there isn't one.  If she's the one laying around getting fat, I have to ask,  how much weight has your beer gut cost you? I bet you got a lot invested in that!

Beer makes you lazy...stop drinking and save the both of you! You can have your drunken Sundays after you  free yourself of your excuse!  Quit being lazy and do something constructive about it. You both have the choice and she probably wants out worse than you!
