How do I get my yahoo 360 picture to look better here?

My yahoo 360 photo doesn't look good on yahoo answers as an avatar. It shows up sosmall. I tried cropping the original pic and resizing it and it looks good at yahoo 360 but is distorted here in my avatar, my son looks deformed in that picture LOL How do I make it look nicer? Should I resize without cropping? Then he will look far away though.

any ideas? I asked in the yahoo 360 section but am not really getting any answers and since I see lots of people in the parenting section with their own pics I thought maybe someone here can help me.

I think your pic looks good! It is not distorted and very clear to me!

Did you try to just use the picture without resizing or cropping?  I didn't do anything to mine and it worked.

Actually, I take that back.  My picture is cropped from the original, but I cropped from the beginning, not just for YA.  Maybe that made a difference?
