How do I get myself to sit down and get motivated to study?

My final year exams are coming and i did not do very well for my previous exam. I really studied hard but i did not manage to do well.

This time I want to do really well for my final year exam which is just around the corner. But sometimes i really feel very demotivated which distracts me from concentrating in my studies. There are still a lot of topics for me to cover in all the subjects. But how do I get myself motivated to study hard and get high scores? and what are the ways to study smart and effectively? i really have very little time for my revision! Please help.! But some times i procrastinate a lot....Are there any ways to prevent this and to get motivated to study hard?

to modivate you. remember that you have your parents that are supporting you. giving your allowance and working hard for you. you think by yourself how can you give them some good deeds and make them proud of you.

k, let me  start off with the basics!!

1. have a goal, see you study well, everyone is going to respect you, everyone is going to look upon you and that gives a lot of pride. so if you want all those things, study well

2. always be smart, don t study everything, plan up the way you are going to study, instead of learning the whole chapter, just read through and jot down the most important points. "smart way of learning is always better than the hard way of learning!"

3.  if you cant study everything at the same time, plan things in such a way that finish of your essay and paragraph questions vefore in hand, like a week before the exam, so that the day before the exam , you ve just got few one marks and 2 marks to finish. well i m just telling you in the indian system, you can compare it to your way of education

4. always have a competition

5. remember, all five fingers aren t the same , just because your close friend finished an answer in five minutes, an you finished it in 10 mins, not that she is great and you aren t! it's just that, you take more time to understand things properly!! EVERYONE IS UNIQUE IN THEIR OWN WAYS!!
