How do I get myself up in the morning?

I am not a morning person! I set my phone alarm clock on for 6 a.m. but I will ignore it and go back to bed. And most of the time I have almost no time to get ready for school.

How do I wake up on time?

And what are time savers for the morning?

  1. Lay out your outfit and everything you need for the next day before you go to sleep. Also make a checklist so you don't forget anything in the morning. Set multiple alarms. Sometimes I can only wake up to my phone alarm if it's on vibrate. Ask someone in your family if theyll wake you up in the morning. Or ask a friend to call you until you wake upp


  2. Pick out your clothes the night before, and take your shower the night before also.


  3. You don't say how old you are but I'll bet you're a teenager or close to it. Many youths have this same problem, their brains are still growing and they need a lot of rest. The only thing I would suggest is to go to bed earlier. Don't worry, you'll eventually grow out of it.

    Firstly, shower before you go to bed, including washing your hair if you need to.. In the morning, you will still feel fresh and comfortable, and you can always have a quick 2 minute shower to waken up a little!

    If you straighten your hair, do it the night before, so when you wake up you just need to very quickly go back over it with the straightners.

    Before you go to bed each night, dont drink caffeine for about 3 hours before you sleep as this keeps you awake and can make you more tired in the morning!

    Get into a good routine, and go to bed at around the same time each night.

    Set your alarm clock 10 minutes before you need to wake up. This gives you time to lie in bed a little longer so you can get up at the normal time! :)
