How do I get or find the grappling hook for The legend of Zelda Phantom hourglass game for DS?

I've been searching at the various islands and I can't seem to come across this grappling hook which will allow my progression in the game to go further, someone please help me, it's driving me nuts because i've finally come across a game that I really, really like.

grappling hook is in the ice dungeon

you get it in the ice dungeon. you will be in a room with two yooks. once they are defeated, a chest will appear in the middle of the floor which contains the grappling hook. you will use it very soon after you get it
