How do I get our business off the ground?

My mom's friend designs clothes for babies, and she asked me to find places that would want to sell the clothes she designs. How would I go about doing this?

ps. Im 16 but she is from Brasil and doesnt know how to use computers very well so she asked me to help her get her business of the ground.

how about ebay??? you can sell them there...or have someone help you create a website, and sell online...advertising is the best way!
