How do I get over feeling angry at my husband?

Everything my husband does gets me so angry at him. I feel like it's even affecting my health. We have not been getting along for 3 months now - constantly arguing and disliking eachother's company. But I feel like I get angry because all his time spent is with other people, but he does that because I am always angry at him. I am stubborn, but I don't feel like I should be the only one to change. How can I get over this????

  1. stop get angry all the time, it won't change anything and only make things worse.  be nice to him and try to talk to him to solve problems instead. good luck.

  2. You got it wrong....When you take being 100% responsible on how you want you to be in the marriage, how you want your marriage to be, HE WILL CHANGE! It is a natural phenomena. He actually does nothing. Really. Now get to work and be 100% responsible..

  3. Maybe you should try counseling. If this has been going on for 3 months, I don't think just being nice is going to do it anymore.

    good luck
