How do I get past Jukebox message 'The item you requested could not be found. ..' when trying to import tracks

I want to import tracks from a CD into My Music but cannot get past clicking on the CD name in the left pane. The track list appears in the middle pane but then the message 'The item you requested could not be found. Please try your request later.' appears. The 'Loading' message appears in upper middle pane. Then the track list just disappears.

  1. I've had the exact experience and I mean exact. The powers that be responded and suggested ripping the music through Yahoo! music as opposed to Jukebox. This advice came too late. I had already gone to the top of the Jukebox page looked into 1, View then clicked on  2, Preferences then clicked on 3,  CD then scrolled down that page to 4, Import and from there I chose to boink around until I got it to work. The message still came up but the music uploaded in a burnable fashion. I consider it a blind squirrel finding an acorn. Good luck.
