How do I get past the ghost ship in LOZ phantom hourglass?

I got to B3, but let out the Reapling. The blue fire is still there and if anybody could tell me how to defeat it, this would be helpful.

  1. Hey I'm not too sure what part exactly you are stuck on,..  is it the part where you are trying to save the 4 young girls from the ghost ship?
