If you want others to join your group who are complete strangers, then be nice and courteous to them and ask them if you want them to join your group. You could then talk and you never know, you might become best friends! I hope this helped!

Send  all your friends and relatives an email describing your group and inviting them to join.   Paste   the URL into the body of the message and ask them in turn to send it on to all their friends and relatives  Make sure your cover page has a good photo and  welcome message.  Spend some time choosing custom colours.  The default colours aren't all that great.    It takes time to build a good group so don't be discouraged at the start and periodically post on your board  that new members are always welcome.  Good luck.

Good question!  lol  I belong to a group with only 4 active members and we're wanting more.  Is your group advertised in the directory of groups?  Ours is, but I guess people don't want to go through the hassle of looking at the hundreds of groups.
