How do I get people to my blog?

What is the best way to get lots of people to visit a blog.

Mine is http://topsurfingnet.blogspot.com/ and I would like to get more people to visit it.

I agree that you need more content. Quality content is key to getting traffic to your site.

Other methods include:

- submitting to social networking sites

- submitting to social bookmarking sites

- submitting to directories.

Instead of aiming for traffic I would aim for the content - traffic will come by itself :)
