How do I get photos from my phone onto the computer?

I've got a Sagem 401C. I have absolutely no idea how I'm supposed to get these photos onto my computer. I'm pretty technologically retarded; please explain clearly in idiot terms. Thanks in advance!

  2. olso u can do it by USB cable ;)
