First it has to be a digital camera.

Then it should come with the software that you load into your PC.

I have a little Kodak c663 that is very easy to download pics to my pc.

But you do need the software for that camera to download to.

you  should have a disc and a USB cable  that came with the camera for you  to download to your computer....after; right click on the camera icon  and  it  should take there..................
