How do I get pictures off the internal memory of my BlackBerry Pearl? There's no media card in it.?

I downloaded the Blackberry Desktop Manager but there's no Media Manager on it! It's the latest version - 4.5.0.15.

  1. Typically you can download a version with Media Manager and one without. You will need to check the download location and see if you downloaded the wrong version.
