Most of the UK can get it on 198khz Long Wave (LW)

London has a relay on 720khz Medium Wave

On FM/VHF it's 92-94.5mhz

103-104.5 MHz in parts of Wales and on 103.6 MHz in Inverness.

Also on Sky, Freeview, DAB and NTL Digital cable.

Despite the increase in cockney fishwives reading the intrusive announcements (particularly irritating adverts for BBC broadcasts and products no-one in their right mind could possibly want) Radio Four is still about the best radio station I know - in the world!

Unfortunately the BBC bosses will keep on mucking about with it because apparently not enough children listen to it for their cocaine-addled liking.
