How do I get radio from the internet?

Question

Can I get regular radio off of the internet? Do I go the stations website? What I want is to get the radio brodcast that was live on the radio but I don't want to have to pay for it. So, I just want to here the radio show later because i'm at work when it's on. I know the radio shows have podcast but I want to know if radio stations replay the radio brodcasts for the next day or so. I was messing around on a couple of sights and they only had links to the podcasts.

Radio stations can't put any of their music on a podcast, so you only get the talking. If the show you are missing is a talk show, then the podcast is what you want.
