How do I get real time quotes, like those with 20mins lag time?

Apparently the one in Yahoo Finance appears with an 8 daya Delayed quote data..

You almost always have to pay for it unless you have a very large account. You could use Tradestation, which is what I use, but just do a search for real time quotes. H
