How do I get really healthy and a six-pack? Fitness plans?

Im a guy .I also want to tone and flatten my abs/ belly. I know its a bit late as the summer (if you call grey skies 'summer') is over but im prepared to put A LOT of work and commitment in. Thanks.

  1. do lots of chin ups in sets of three a day do one set a day and everyday slowly increase the number of chin ups you do each day as you get stronger, but the muscle that you will develop willl trun to fat if you dont commit and do this daily or at least 3 times a week

  4. Do crunches.  Eat a well-balanced diet, following the Food Pyramid.

    1. Cardio - you can't do anything without cardio, you will have abs and they will be hidden behind fat. Get in the habit of waking up and going for a run/swim/jog 3 - 7 times a week. (half hour - hour)

    2. Crunches - To workout your top abs (do not hurry these up, slowly, don't use momentum to go faster, you want to strain your muscles)

        Side Crunches - To workout your middle abs. Same as crunches, except go from side to side (elbow to opposite knee, twist as you are coming up) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vJq7gsREv...

        Leg Raises - To workout bottom abs, lie down flat on your back, and lift your legs 6 inches. Now lift them as high as you can until they are nearly vertical, then back down near the ground but don't touch the ground.     Drink lots of water, buy protein pills from a pharmacy to enhance muscle growth if your serious about making some muscles.

    Remember, you absolutely NEED to be doing cardio (running.swimming etc.) as well.
