How do I get rid of Operation Mania from my desktop?

I'm a member of pogo.com and I wanted to try out the new Operation Mania game, so I downloaded it and played the free version until my 60 minutes was up, now I can't see to get the setup icon for it off of my desktop. When I try to put in my recycle bin or to delete it from my desktop it won't let me. It says that I need permission to delete it from my desktop. Help!

   1. Click on Start

   2. Click on All Programs

   3. Click on Pogo Games

   4. Click on the title of the game you are going to uninstall

   5. Click on the Uninstall icon

   6. Follow the prompts to uninstall

OR

Go to Control panel => Add or remove programs (for Windows XP). Find the Operation Mania and try to uninstall it.
