  1. if you are referring to a person with Turretts syndrome, the only way to terminate his employment is the same as any other:  through progressive discipline, counseling, suspension, and then termination

you can't simply fire the person for having a mental disability, especially if they are able to do their job with or without some accomodation

contact your local employment development agency (city, county, state, etc) for more info

  2. TSS workers are there to help you with behavior modification, teach you skills to improve the way that you deal with things. If you have a problem with them that you are not comfortable with that person then talk to their agency supervisor to switch the TSS. You need to feel comfortable with them and willing to allow them to help you. If the TSS does home visits therapy then it needs to be the decision of the parents or adult in charge of the child involved. You can't get rid of the TSS just because you don't like to follow the rules and be told what to do. That's why they are there. My son is adhd/bi-polar/odd....He didn't want to listen, but he learned from his TSS and obtained the skills he needed to control himself in time. Stick in there, it gets better.

  3. You may have to wait for a replacement, but tell their supervisor the problem. Whether they are disabled or not, they have no right to bark orders at you or your child.
