  1. make a baking soda paste (baking soda and water mixture), it takes away the itch and swelling and promotes healing, just the same as you do for chickenpox.

  2. You body will heal on its own as long as you're healthy. Give it a couple of days and it will be gone.

  3. Cortizone *cream, 1% is best, rub in into the bite.  Avoid the inside of your eye.  Use it about 3 times a day.  Don't use the ointment, it's bad, and gets all over your clothes..

You can also use a Q-tip to apply it.

  4. Don't scratch it and it will go away eventually. Just don't let the bed bugs bite next time!

  5. Certainly don't irritate it.

A miracle formula I use for any boils, burns, chafing, cuts, cracked skin, gravel rash, splinters, open wounds, insect bites, nappy rash or dry lips, is called "Lucas' Papaw Ointment".

It is an ointment made of 100% natural fresh fermented carica papaya. It is the best product ever, 100% natural, and I would highly recommend it to anyone.
