  1. it will go away after few days... lol i've been there

drink more water to prevent it from happening

  2. make sure to allow time for your food to digest 3 hours is enough. also the knight before and the day that your going to run eat lots of carbs. pasta, rice, nuts. NO candy. Also dont chug water before you rune drink small sips over a good amount of time. And if none of this helps you can always stick your hand under your ribcage and try to pusht the lactic acid out

  3. Water.

I used to get bad cramps too, then I started drinking water. I drink a gallon a day, and rarely ever have cramps now.

  4. If its on your hip area just give it an ice massage, and take a tylenol or motrin. If its in your abdominal area you jus have to push through it, everyone gets those pains due to lactic acid build up in your abs. Jus keep running (it usually helps if you do breathing exercises to control your breathing).

  5. Stop (not running all together) but take a breath. Water helps some times too.

  6. take note of what you eat before running. Avoid big meals 1.5-2 hrs before running and drink water before your track workout. It will take some getting used to. Also if its possible to the point you just have pain and wont collapse, I ran a half marathon in May and I used to train and deal with cramps by slowing down the pace a little bit but not entirely stopping. It kind of builds up a resistance and after a while all cramps pretty much went away all together for me. Hope this is helpful
