How do I get rid of a pimple on the tip of my nose?

So i had this pimple a few days ago, and i popped it. Now its just like, a raised, red pimple. How can i get rid of it? please help! thanks!

First, don't pop pimples, that can lead to scarring and allowing infections in. Second, make a saltwater(salt+water) solution and clean it off. Third, leave it ALONE.
