How do I get rid of acne?

I have a couple of spots of acne & I need to get rid of it by Friday because, I'm a cheerleader!I don't really wanna go a lot of stuff, like creams & kits & junk like that!What do I do to get rid of it?

Go to Walmart and buy ''Clean and Clear'' or any acne creme. Could try Proactive.

Lemon Juice
