How do I get rid of all of the squirrels, chipmunks and birds who dig holes in my yard constantly?

I do not want to kill these animals, I just want them to stop digging holes in my yard, under my driveway, house, etc. What can I do to scare them away without hurting them?

use mothballs in there holes and hiding places.  scatter the flakes around yard.

squirrels and chipmunks don't like red pepper and will shy away from it . hole digging birds  i don't know of any you are on your own there.
