Question:

How do I get rid of an animal that burrows in my flower beds at night? These are shallow burrows.?

The digging is mostly displacing the flowers and bulbs and leaving them exposed. The animal doesn't seem to be eating anything. It just rearranges the flowers and plants.

  1. Probably an armadillo.The only way I know to get rid of them is to get up at about 2 am and shoot it.Other wise fence it out.


  2. just go to your zoo, and get some Lion p**p, spread it around your flowers, and you critter troubles are over. have a nice day

  3. Depends where you are at in the country, but as Paul says it is probably an armadillo. And shooting is one solution!

    Although there are some repellents or you can get a wildlife fence to place around your flowers. Just be sure to bury the bottom at least 8 inches into the ground.
