  1. step1: buy a floss,tooth brush,toothpaste,and mouth wash because if this is your problem you either dont own these items or dont use them.

    step2: floss teeth and then brush teeth and tongue vigorously.(for at least 3 mins or until your arm is tired).then get a friend 2 help if u have any.

    step3: floss again.and then rinse mouth with warm water.

    step4: rinse mouth with mouth wash.be sure to gargle.do not swallow!!

    if this does not solve the problem, PLEEEEEASE STOP EATING WHATEVER IT IS YOU HAVE BEEN EATING!!!




  2. Gargle a cup of lukewarm water mixed with salt or half a lemon juice.This is  best done before going to bed. Chew parsley leaves,which are sure to keep your breath fresh.
