How do I get rid of bags/fine lines/dark circles under my eyes!?!?! (pic)?

I've tried makeup, tea bags, cucumbers, eye creams, everything! Please help me get rid of it!

After washing your face, rinse it off with super hot water. Quickly run an ice cube under your eyes and i'm sure it will get rid of your eyes.

I know how crazy this is going to sound. But hemorrhoid cream helps. It tightens the skin area and gets rid of those bags.

Do you have allergies? If you do bags circle under your eyes are a natural occurance. Nothing you an do.

Honestly hemorrhoid cream helps, but only temporarily for a few hours (it constricts the blood vessels and tightens the area), but it does nothing to fix the problem in the long run, not to mention hemorrhoid cream is not the best of things to be putting on your face for a number of reasons.

Try Avon anew clinical eye lift. After a couple weeks you will notice a significant difference, I swear it works great. I use it for the exact same problem, and it does work wonderfully.
