How do I get rid of belly fat?

Hey I am a 14 year old male that is 5'7 and weighs 150 or 160 and I really want to get rid of belly fat, what are some good foods or other exercises that I can do?

Ps I do 70 sit ups a day so I exercise.

  1. an  excellent  exercise,  you  can do it in front of your TV: sit on a

    stool,  and  put  your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture,

    for  example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make sure

    that  it  is  not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you

    will  damage  your  back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of your

    body  back, until it's parallel with the ground. Stop for a second and

    move it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times. Every week add

    to  the  number  of  repetitions.  You will see the results in a week,

    guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat - if you have any - six

    pack  and  muscles.  Dumbbells  do  wonders.  Much  better  than these crunches  -  I  came  up to three hundreds and there was no results AT ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.


  2. Start with a good, low fat and low carb diet to help you get rid of some of the weight from your belly.  This has to be maintained as the tummy will not get flatter without a good diet.  The exercises you should also be doing should be lots and lots of cardio vascular so you get your body into fat burning range.

    Stomach crunches and scissor kicks etc. are good to for toning and tightening but you need to work on the flab first remember.
