How do I get rid of drama?

My friends keep getting in drama and I'm always in the middle. I am getting aggravated and i need help!

sometimes it is easy to get caught up in drama... it is also easy to forget what it was like when it was you that was being b****y to the other people... so i say that if you cant let it go then try to look at it from both perspectives... thogh i do know that everybody has bad days where they start stuff just because they feel like it!!!!!
