Definately install a po-up blocker and then go to your internet option and set the limitations to what you want to e shown on your computer...it can be set to something like mild language to no nudity at all.

quit going to dirty sights :)  Erase your cookies and you history in your browser.

then clean your cache & cookies

than you need a spyware remover
