Hey, eh, I have a problem, I've had it for a while, and it doesn't make a good look on a male. How do I get rid of man bewbz without toning it into muscle or adding muscle? Is there a perticular exercise I can do to get rid of them without toning them or adding muscle? All I want to do is loose the fat there so I can look more like a normal guy again. :(
I'd really appreciate some advice on this, thanks people. :)
