How do I get rid of grey bars on my TV with Xbox 360 and HDMI?

I have a Samsung 50" plasma and even though I have a wide screen TV I see grey bars (the same kind that are on my TV in 4:3) when the 360 is outputting in wide screen through my HDMI cable. This doesn't happen with a Component Video cable. How can I fix this?

Have you ensured your settings are correct? Go to console settings and double check.
