  2. ok firstly how do u wash ur skin?

i use Nivea visage oxygen power (cleansing gel, night cream and day cream) and it works fine

heres the secret to washing ur skin

wash ur face with COLD water (this allows the pores to open.)

then use the cleansing gel (or whatever)

then to wash that off u use HOT water (this allows the pores to close)

then use night or day creams (this process needs to take place at nighttime and daytime.

if its nighttime u should sleep on a towel as well (yes it may be uncomfortable but it stops oil from your hair going onto ur pillow case and then into ur face)

you also need to drink plenty of water and do the whole 5+ a day (although i dont and my skin still seems to be fine)

    hope this helps!

  3. i tried alot of stuff like proactive and acne free, even old spice (my friend suggested it =/) but so far the only thing that works for me is velocity by mary-kay makeup

  4. Get accutane. The only negative thing about it is that you can't get pregnant if you're a girl, it can cause or worsen depression, you can't donate blood, you have to be careful of burning, and a few other things. However, they'll make you sit through this informational meeting before you can get it and go through all the warnings and side effects with you.

  5. Probably the most useful and effective things you can do are to apply hot compresses to pustules and cysts and never to pick or squeeze pimples. Playing with or popping pimples, no matter how careful and clean you are, nearly always makes bumps stay redder and bumpier longer.   Here are a few informative links with additional home treatment ideas.

  6. Try these home remedies to get rid of acne:

    • Mix 1 teaspoon lemon juice with 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder. Apply this paste on the pimples and wash it after 20 minutes with warm water. Repeat for two weeks,

    • Use aloe vera juice on the pimples morning and night for as long as necessary (perhaps five months or longer).

    • Make orange peel paste by grinding it in some water. Apply on and around pimples.

    • Rub garlic on and around pimples.

    • Apply fresh mint juice over the face every night for the treatment of pimples.

  7. Hi there!

It's always a challenge trying to get rid of acne. I've used pro activ and accutane. Both did clear it up, but only for a while then I got it back. It sucks.

The only thing that seems to work for me now is:

    clear.now™ Skin Care System

Pro activ only gets the dirt and oils from the surface. It doesn't penetrate into the skin where the battle really goes on. This does.

NOTE: If you do end up trying it and don't like it. You can ship it back for a FULL money back.

  8. i used proactive solutions for a bit...i really didn't like anything in the kit but the mask...lol..i think it works better thought if you leave it on over night...but really the best thing ive used and still using is...monistat 7 (old school method 7 day box) and ambe soap (face wash) for my acne...trust me...you'll see unbelievable results the next morning...btw you can get all that at walmart...the soap...look in the black section...lol..and both these...use em for how ever long you need too...

    day

    1. wash ur face with ambe soap

    2.apply monosate 7...dab on forehead...cheeks...chin..rub in...do not wash...

    night

    1. repeat step 1 and 2 (of above)..just put it on a little heaver than you would in the day

    2. sleep in it

    3. repeat

ps...if you want to use the proactive mask...do it only once a wee...its hella harch on ur skin to use more than that...

pps...you can also use Monostat Chafing Relief Powder-Gel as a makeup primer (foundation base)!!!
